The eighth-highest peak in Nepal is Annapurna I (8091m/26,545ft), which ranks as the tenth-highest mountain in the world. You will have a day of preparations and a briefing for your climbing permission after landing in Kathmandu. After that, you’ll take a plane to Pokhara before taking a jeep to Tatopani. You will hike through untamed wilderness on your journey from here to Annapurna South base camp, passing through towns like Lete and Miristi Khola. Your acclimatization period up to camps I, II, and III will begin after a few days of relaxation and basic instruction from your Satori Climbing Sherpa guide.
