Trip Overview

One of the best short and simple climbs in Nepal is the Poon Hill Trek, sometimes referred to as the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek. It is the ideal choice for quick walking in Annapurna. You can visit the areas in Pokhara’s northwest on this hike. It is a gorgeous trekking track, and the scenery is very breathtaking. You will see the Gurung and Magar communities with their numerous temples and monasteries. The quiet walking routes will get a special tranquility from the devout mood of the sacred locations. The most popular short trek in Nepal, nevertheless, is this one in the Annapurna region for families and inexperienced hikers. Additionally, the tour offers a remarkable Himalayan travel experience in a short amount of time.

The Poon Hill walk also offers stunning panoramic views of the majestic Himalayas and quaint nearby settlements. The exciting part is the climb to Ghandruk village, though. Ghandruk is a charming Gurung settlement with magnificent views of the Annapurna Massif and neighboring peaks. You may also check out the regional traditional attire and cultural mementos by going to the traditional Gurung Museum. An adventure through Magar and Gurung villages, thick forests, and short Poon Hill treks leads to Ghorepani. The Poonhill viewpoint hike offers a breathtaking view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Nilgiri, and Fishtail along with a lovely sunrise that will leave you with priceless memories.
